Join us for Yoga on water. We will meet on the beach and paddle out to our anchored yoga pod. Here we will lead you through a vinyasa style yoga class on the water and trust us savasana is the best part! No paddle or yoga experience necessary, but it is helpful. . Our setting is beautiful Trophy Lakes located on Johns Island. This class will be all levels and instructed by certified instructors Erin Collins Kimball and Lauren Frye-Dixon.
